Christian af Jochnick is the co-founder of Fanmode International Limited, a sports focused technology venture. Prior to Fanmode, Christian was a financial services professional with experience from the investment banking divisions of Goldman Sachs in London and Investec in Johannesburg.
In 2010 he led, the af Jochnick Foundation’s cornerstone investment of Acumen Fund’s Education Portfolio, with the view that private initiatives in the Education sector can contribute to the quality and accessibility of education for low-income families in rural and urban areas of India and East Africa. As a board member of Fryshuset, Sweden’s leading private social initiative, Christian is focused on the development of the organisation’s global network to facilitate cross-national knowledge transfer. Christian is also a visiting fellow at the Legatum Center of MIT, with a focus on technology transfer and adaptation.
