David Torres serves as Special Advisor to the President and CEO of mothers2mothers. He is responsible for a range of initiatives across mothers2mothers, including partnership and donor relationship management across Sub-Saharan Africa, and strategic and relationship support for the international fundraising and business development teams. David is also working with the CEO to develop fee-based Organizational Development, Technical Assistance, and Advisory service lines of business for m2m.
Former roles at mothers2mothers have included management and oversight of international fundraising and business development, and the original establishment and staffing of m2m's European affiliate.
David is a member of the mothers2mothers Senior Management Team, and serves as the Secretary for the Board of Directors of mothers2mothers International.
Prior to joining m2m in 2006, David worked in a variety of roles across a number of different countries in Latin America, the US and UK for JPMorgan Chase and Co, and predecessor firm The Chase Manhattan Bank.
