Biography

Gwen is a social entrepreneur turned director at Indiegogo, a company dedicated to revolutionizing the way people fund what matters to them. She leads Indiegogo's work in social impact and entrepreneurship, building partnerships with and empowering innovators, entrepreneurs, corporations, nonprofits, foundations, and philanthropists to leverage crowdfunding for social good. Prior to Indiegogo, Gwen co-founded OneConnect, a Ford Foundation backed crowdfunding platform for diasporas to give back to their home countries. Its pioneering platform for the Vietnamese diaspora was acknowledged by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and featured on Forbes Magazine. She is a recipient of the Migration Policy Institute's Young Innovator Award and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics.
