Biography

John Kluge is Co-Founder and Chief Disruption Officer of Toilet Hackers, a nonprofit organization bringing improved sanitation and hygiene to the 2.5 billion people without a toilet in developing nations. He spent 10 years in policy and development, founding the Digital Citizenship program at the EastWest Institute, an international global security organization, and spearheading the drafting and lobbying efforts of the Federal Food Donation Act of 2008 while serving as the Legislative Liaison for a US based anti-poverty agency, improving the food security of 36 million under-served people in the United States.
