Director, The Partnering Initiative
Ros Tennyson is Director of the Partnering Initiative – global programme of the Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum. Established in 1990, and supported by international business, IBLF’s mission is to put business at the heart of sustainable development. Ros has led the partnership-building work of the IBLF since 1992 always working in a practice-based approach and seeking to empower those operating as ‘partnership practitioners’ from all sectors by developing their partnering skills and confidence. In addition to her professional work with IBLF, Ros is also a social entrepreneur her most recent project being Trigonos where she is one of three directors. This community based, social business set in the spectacular scenery of Snowdonia in North Wales offers opportunities for social, economic and environmental development in an area of high unemployment. Eleven years after it started, Trigonos is now used as a model by other social entrepreneurs.
