Enterprise Program Support Officer, Rwanda, The MasterCard Foundation/ Young Leaders Initiative - Youth Think Tank
Aime Angelique Noela Akayezu holds a bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rwanda, COSTECH (formerly KIST). Her passion for empowerment led her to collaborate with different schools and organizations as a tutor. She completed entrepreneurship training in renewable energy with KIST-TBIF/EWSA. Wishing to empower the community, Noela then joined DOT Rwanda in 2012 as an intern; this gave her the opportunity to empower, exchange and learn from youth in her community. She participated in the 2013 DOT Digital Youth and Learning Unconference to share and learn about youth issues in different countries. She became a 2014 MasterCard Foundation Youth Think Tank member, conducting research on youth in the community for MasterCard Foundation youth programs. In 2013 she became an Enterprise Program Support Officer with DOT Rwanda, to empower vulnerable youth in building small projects to generate income.

Francine Lacqua is an award-winning, London-based anchor and editor-at-large for Bloomberg Television. She hosts the weekday program, "On the Move with Francine Lacqua," where she reports from major events around the world and interviews key global political, economic and business leaders. Lacqua also co-hosts "The Pulse with Guy Johnson and Francine Lacqua," covering top international business, economic and market-moving stories from Bloomberg Television's London studio.
Since joining Bloomberg in 2000, Lacqua has covered the World Economic Forum in Davos, IMF in Washington, G20 meetings, the EU Leaders Summit and OPEC. She also led Bloomberg Television's coverage of the Italian and French elections where she was one of the first international reporters to interview cabinet members.
In 2013 Lacqua won 'International TV Personality of the Year' at the AIB Media Awards. She was previously nominated in 2009 and 2010.

While studying Information Systems Management at Ecole Centrale Paris, Ghislain spent a few months travelling through Cambodia where he volunteered with several NGOs and social enterprises. He graduated in 2007 with a major in Entrepreneurship and decided to further get involved: he returned to Cambodia and started to work for Friends-International. During 5 years based in Phnom Penh he advised and trained local teams developing and running projects supporting unemployed young people and caretakers in accessing better economic opportunities to build their futures. His work took him to Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Honduras. In 2013 he became Program Director for Indonesia, leading the development of a new program for Friends in Jakarta.

Co-Founder of Sistema B Brazil to strengthen the B Corp community and redefine success in business. He is currently the Executive Director of Sistema B International leading the B Corp Movement in 19 countries, 670 certified B Corps and 30,000 businesses using the Skoll Awardee B Lab’s BIA to manage their triple impact.
Major in Business, MBA and MA in Public Admin at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is committed to work with the social society and policy makers and inspire innovation and new public policies. He coordinated the Brazilian Presidency Campaign of Marina Silva and Eduardo Jorge (REDE/PV) in 2018. Currently, he sits in the Committee for the National Strategy of Impact Investing and Impact Business of the Brazilian Ministry of Economy.
Previously, he pioneered by creating one of the first internet cafés in Brazil at 17-year-old and served as CEO of Skoll Awardee CDI Global working with a network in 15 countries to use technology for social change.

Tony O. Elumelu, C.O.N, is an entrepreneur, a philanthropist and the Chairman of Heirs Holdings Limited, a pan-African proprietary investment company with interests in strategic sectors of Africa’s economy. He is also the founder of The Tony Elumelu Foundation, an Africa-based and African-funded, philanthropic organization dedicated to the promotion of entrepreneurship in Africa.
Elumelu serves as an Advisor to the USAID’s Private Capital Group for Africa (PCGA) Partners Forum. He sits on the Nigerian President’s Agricultural Transformation Implementation Council (ATIC). He is also Vice-Chairman and a key driver in the formation of the National Competitiveness Council of Nigeria (NCCN), and serves as Co-Chair of the Aspen Institute Dialogue Series on Global Food Security. He additionally chairs the Ministerial Committee to establish world-class hospitals and diagnostic centers across Nigeria, at the invitation of the Federal Government.
