    Gary White is an observer, an innovator, and a problem-solver. As a passionate, problem-solver he has created solutions that have empowered millions of people in need with access to safe water and sanitation. Gary is the CEO and co-founder of Water.org and WaterEquity. He brings 30 years of experience in sustainable innovation in water and sanitation. As a nonprofit organization Water.org focuses on financing, harnesses philanthropy to correct market failures, empowering people in the developing world to gain access to safe water and sanitation. Water.org is the resulting organization of the July 2009 merger between WaterPartners, co-founded by Gary in 1990, and H2O Africa, co-founded by actor Matt Damon. He developed Water.org’s WaterCredit Initiative, creating new financing options for families living in poverty to meet their water and sanitation needs. He also developed WaterEquity, an asset manager that raises and invests capital in water and sanitation enterprises serving the water and sanitation needs of people living in poverty. Gary is a leading advisor in the water and sanitation space, counseling organizations such as the Skoll Foundation, MasterCard Foundation, PepsiCo Foundation, IKEA Foundation, Caterpillar Foundation, and the Clinton Global Initiative on responses to the global water crisis. He is also a founding board member of the Millennium Water Alliance and Water Advocates. Named to TIME magazine’s list of the world’s 100 most influential people, Gary has been awarded the Forbes 400 Lifetime Achievement Award for Social Entrepreneurship, named to the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Water, and selected as Schwab Foundation Social Entrepreneur and a Skoll Foundation Social Entrepreneur. Gary’s educational credentials include three degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Missouri University of Science & Technology.
  • Director, Children's Safe Drinking Water, Procter & Gamble
    Dr. Greg Allgood is the Director of the P&G Children’s Safe Drinking Water (CSDW) Program at Procter & Gamble. He leads P&G’s efforts to provide safe drinking water in the developing world through an innovative water purification packet. This programme has provided more than 5 billion litres of clean drinking water by working with more than 100 partners. In 2012, he was a co-winner of the Economist Social Innovation Award and the CSDW Program won the US Secretary of State’s Award for Corporate Excellence.

    Luis Montoya is the President of Latin America Beverages, PepsiCo. Luis has held this position since 2007 and is responsible for the beverage business and related disciplines in Latin America. In 2010, he received the Steve Reinemund Leadership Legacy Award, the highest recognition for diversity and inclusion. Luis began his PepsiCo career in 1991 and previously worked for P&G in different marketing positions. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Catolica del Peru and an MBA from Krannert School, Purdue University.

    Philip A. Falcone is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Harbinger Capital Partners. He formed Harbinger Capital Partners in 2001, and oversees all of its investment and business functions. Mr. Falcone currently serves on the board of directors of LightSquared, Inc. In addition, he has served as a Director, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Harbinger Group Inc. since July 2009. Mr. Falcone is also Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Zap.Com Corporation.

    Sylvia Lee has 15 years of experience in the water sector. She currently leads the water work at the Skoll Global Threats Fund. Prior, she worked as a Water Resources Specialist at the World Bank based in Kathmandu, Nepal where she focused on transboundary water issues and climate change adaptation & resilience building for vulnerable communities. Sylvia also was the Associate Director for the Water Initiative at the World Economic Forum based in Geneva, Switzerland. Sylvia was also a consulting engineer on the design and construction of water and sanitation projects in the United States and the United Kingdom. Sylvia is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and McGill University.
