Alix Lebec oversees the growth and management of WaterEquity’s investment and philanthropic capital raising strategy and efforts, alongside marketing. She leads the development of a $70 million+ portfolio of investors spanning the United States, Europe, and Asia. She brings 16 years of international experience in management, public-private partnership development, philanthropic and investment capital raising, and communications to this role.
Previously, Alix led Water.org’s Strategic Alliances team, where she developed and maintained a $60 million portfolio of strategic philanthropic partnerships. Prior to her work with Water.org, Alix managed communications and human development initiatives at the World Bank in France and Southeast Asia. Other roles include managing public-private partnerships for the Clinton Global Initiative.
Alix received her Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the American University of Paris and holds a Master of Science in Social Policy and Economics from the London School of Economics.
