Arabella is a Partner at Perrett Laver, leading our work across EMEA for the Global Non-Profit Practice. Her experience at Perrett Laver includes senior Chair, board and Chief Executive appointments across higher education, global development, healthcare, schools and the non-profit sector. Arabella has advised on a number of senior appointments in the sector including the Chief Executive of Oxfam GB, Chief Executive of WWF-UK, Chief Executive of The Elders, Chief Executive of Liberty, Chief Executive of Climate-KIC, Head of the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship. She has also advised on the Chair of Oxfam GB and the Chair of HelpAge International, Vice-Chair and Trustee at DEC and WaterAid. She is currently advising Crown Agents on their next CEO and Malaria No More UK on Trustees.
Arabella holds a MA (Hons) in Ancient History from the University of Edinburgh.
