Dalumuzi Mhlanga is the Founder of Lead Us Today, a nonprofit organization that mobilizes Zimbabwean youth to be socially responsible citizens. Lead Us Today equips Zimbabwean youth with the skills to directly address pressing community needs through its consolidated package of leadership training, community service and internship programs. Since its founding in May 2010, Lead Us Today has trained over 3,000 students who have designed and implemented dozens of community development projects including permaculture gardens, recycling programs and a night school for drop outs. Dalumuzi and Lead Us Today have received recognition for their work from Forbes, Ashoka Changemakers, American Express among others.
In recognition of his strong and unique grasp of cutting-edge leadership concepts and ability to provide leadership training to people of all ages, Dalumuzi has served as a Teaching Fellow for three leadership classes at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, teaching Masters students. He is currently studying on the MBA program at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School as a Rhodes Scholar.
