Biography

Deanna Ford Castellini is the CEO of Right To Play USA and a Senior Advisor at consulting firm Changing Our World. Deanna’s expertise is in strategic planning, fundraising, board development, and high-end event management. Via her passion for social enterprise, Deanna founded UGIVE.org in 2007 with partner Cris Collinsworth to engage youth in service to their communities. Deanna gifted UGIVE to the Muhammad Ali Center in 2012 as part of her private philanthropic event, the “Escape for GOOD.” Deanna has chaired numerous Galas and community initiatives, including those involving her family-owned Cincinnati Reds. Previously, Deanna led development at the Taft Museum of Art; strategic planning, M&A, Investor Relations at Duke Energy; and was a banker at Morgan Stanley in New York and London. Deanna began her charitable work in Mission Hill in Boston as a student at Harvard, where she graduated with Honors in Economics.
