Lindsey is Case Team Leader in Bridgespan’s Boston Office. Her recent case work has included strategic planning for a senior care provider, strategy development and implementation for a major foundation focused on social justice, and support of a convening of private funders focused on early childhood education.
Prior to joining Bridgespan, Lindsey was a fellow with Education Pioneers, during which she served as a project manager at Education for Change Public Schools, a growing charter management organization based in Oakland, California. She has also spent time in the classroom, both as an English professor at a university in Santiago, Chile and as a volunteer Citizen Teacher within the Boston Public School System. In addition to her experience in the nonprofit sector, Lindsey spent several years working as an accountant, first at PwC and later within the global finance department of Bain & Company.
Lindsey graduated with her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Richmond.
