Assistant Program Officer, Mercy Corps
Rachel Huguet is an Assistant Program Officer at Mercy Corps working on the Innovation Investment Alliance. Previously she spent two years as a Rural Community Development Volunteer with Peace Corps Costa Rica where she developed community organizations and improved village Infrastructure. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the George Washington University where she also worked with Atlas Corps to bring non-profit professionals from around the globe to work in the United States.
