Partner, Perrett Laver
Tom Weinberg is a Partner at the executive search firm Perrett Laver where he leads the Business School practice. Currently working out of the London office, he has lived and worked in South Africa and North America where in Washington DC he led the development of Perrett Laver’s higher education practice.
He has advised organisations in North and South America, the UK, continental Europe, the Middle East and East Asia on a broad range of senior executive and board-level appointments. Clients include the Universities of Oxford, Edinburgh, Duke, INSEAD, Yale-NUS, Boston University, Imperial College London and The New School, as well as organisations including the Global Impact Investment Network, charity: water, Transparency International and the Wellcome Trust.
Tom holds an MA(Hons) in Ancient History and Classical Archaeology from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining Perrett Laver he worked for creative agencies in the communications industry for clients including Virgin and Unilever, and on major government accounts including the Department of Health. He is a fully qualified field guide for Sub-Saharan Africa having spent two years as a ranger in the Limpopo.
