He is a serial innovation practitioner, currently he is creating a brand new podcast called DuichenFM, which dedicates to uncover the behind-the-scene stories for independent creators and social innovation practices in China. As well, he calls himself as concept designer, because he has founded many interesting project, like K12 parenting educational program, cross-border innovation consulting for industry, event planning and organizational leadership towards sustainability. He holds the master degree in Strategic leadership towards sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden. And he has been appointed as the regional ambassador for TEDx program in China since January of 2016, while he have founded and curated TEDxChongqing since 2014 and TEDxChengdu since 2017, where he helped coach many phenomenal TEDx talks with more than ten-million times online browsing online.
